系统要求
FaceRedact 支持 iOS 17 或更高版本，仅支持 iPhone。首发版本支持最长 10 分钟的视频。
无法选择或导入视频
- 确认已允许 FaceRedact 访问照片。
- 如果视频存储在 iCloud，请保持网络连接并等待下载完成。
- 确认设备有足够空间保存源视频副本和导出文件。
识别结果需要调整
自动识别可能受遮挡、光线、快速运动或人脸尺寸影响。你可以关闭不需要的识别结果，或使用手动遮挡和关键帧进行修正。导出前请完整预览视频。
无法保存到照片
请在“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 照片”中允许 FaceRedact 添加照片，并确认设备剩余空间充足。
购买与恢复
购买由 Apple 处理。在 FaceRedact 的购买页面点击“恢复购买”可恢复相同 Apple 账户下的有效订阅或永久版。订阅可在系统 Apple 账户的订阅设置中管理。

FaceRedact Support
FaceRedact requires iOS 17 or later and supports iPhone. The first release accepts videos up to 10 minutes.
Import issues
Allow Photos access, keep a network connection while downloading iCloud videos, and make sure the device has enough free storage.
Detection adjustments
Occlusion, lighting, fast motion, and small faces may affect automatic detection. Disable unwanted results or use manual masks and keyframes. Review the entire video before export.
Saving issues
Allow FaceRedact to add to Photos in iOS Settings and verify that sufficient storage is available.
Purchases
Apple processes all purchases. Use Restore Purchases in the FaceRedact purchase screen to restore an eligible subscription or lifetime purchase made with the same Apple Account.
